On-site Test Results:The detected harmonic currents are all quite large, with current distortion rates reaching 35% to 45%. Harmonics can affect other loads under the same transformer, especially causing malfunctions or communication interruptions to precision control instruments.

Solution:Based on the actual site conditions, the first floor is a rented public transformer, which should not be altered without authorization. Considering the available space, it is recommended to use a wall-mounted APF for on-site treatment. In addition, to eliminate high-frequency harmonics and electromagnetic interference, it is recommended to install a filter at the PLC power supply input terminal.
